32nd Sunday Ordinary Time – Year C 

Pope’s Prayer Intentions for November 2019:  Dialogue and Reconciliation in the Near East: That a spirit of dialogue, encounter, and reconciliation emerge in the Near East, where diverse religious communities share their lives together.

Baptism: of Babies and Infants will be on 10 November 2019, those who wish to Baptise their children to see Father. Classes will begin on 26 October 2019 at 14h00, and continue on 02 & 09 November 2019 at the same time.

Liturgy: meeting will be on 17 November 2019 after the 10h00 Mass.

All Souls: we’ll be praying for all our departed loved ones for the whole month of November. Please place your Pious lists in the box provided. Stipends must be placed in the money box next to the lists.

Confessions: for the 1st Reconciliation and 1st Communion classes will be on 16 November 2019. Parents please prepare the children.

Concert: for the Far East Rand Deanery Youth will be held on 17 November 2019 in the Parish Hall St Joseph Actonville. Tickets are available from Khanya & Siphiwe at R30.00.

Carol Competition: Our Lady of Mount Carmel Retreat Centre will hold Christmas Carol Competitions on 07 December 2019, 09h00-16h00. Choirs and Groups of at least 5 members are encouraged to participate. Registration is R100.00 per group/choir and will close on 17 November 2019. See notice board for rules/ terms & conditions of the competition.

Book Stall: Springs of Carmel Bible Diaries and Liturgical Calendars 2020 are now available from our Book store at R100/copy and R25/ copy respectively.

Prayers: for the soul of Mama Josephine Nomsombuluko Hlongwane (Magagula), who passed away on 04 November 2019 and was laid to rest yesterday 09 November 2019. May her soul rest in eternal peace.

Congratulations: to Charles and Matshepo Khuele as they got Married yesterday 09 November 2019. May God bless their Marriage always.

Confessions: Saturdays 12h00-13h00, and any day by appointment.

Rosary: Every Tuesday at 19h00 the rosary is recited at the Grotto with a procession thereafter. Everyone is invited to come and pray.

Bible Study: classes with Fr Arvin Tauro resumes on Wednesdays at 18:30
